Morning on the Internet

Not since Guttenberg, the printer of the bible not the "B" list actor from the Police Academy movies, created moveable type has there been a revolution on this scale. Thanks to the internet and powerful search tools such as Google, Yahoo and MSN, for the first time the knowledge of all of humanity is available in remote villages and at the top of skyscrapers.

What if you need something for the kitchen such as some new, very expensive cookware? And after you've finished cooking the perfect meal and you need the perfect wine, shop online.

Do you need information about the effectiveness and dangers on cleaning materials? Do you have something that needs to be repaired or a piece of antique furniture that needs to be restored? Go online.

Are you looking for items that are slightly off the beaten path such has aromatherapy candles? What if you want to know if there is a source for legal Cuban Cigars? The Web is the place to start.

Are you looking for information about installing space saving shelves in your garage? How about some great decorating idea and tips for making a Roman Shade? The internet is the perfect place to start your search.

Sometimes it is hard to absorb what is happening around you and it will take years before it finally sinks in. What a great time to be alive...and to have a high speed connection.

Recreational Vehicles

Nothing is better than hitting the open road in your Recreational Vehicle. RVs rule the road and rule my world. If you've got time, it's the best way to see America. Try it, you'll like it.

Always be courteous to others on the road. If you're holding up traffic, pull over and let the others -- who are in a hurry -- go by.

Beds and Bedding

Nothing is more important than a good night's sleep. But that's where the trouble begins. I'm soft while my spouse is firm. And don't even get me started on the different colors and styles of bed spreads and pillows. Thank goodness we discovered the value of the internet when it comes to buying beds and bedding.

One of the advantages of shopping online is you can get some really outstanding decorating ideas. They are free and tons of sites offer pictures and suggestions that can keep you from making a big mistake. This will also equip you before you finally make that first visit to the Mattress Store.

From antique bed frames to wicker bedroom furniture, the best place to shop is on the internet. The variety and selection of products is stunning, but considering you spend a third of your life in bed, it should be expected. Online you can find designer dog beds and bunk beds for dolls. Need and old fashion Murphy bed or a cheap futon, browsing online may be the answer.

The variety is seemingly endless. You can find links for Baby Crib bedding, Children’s bedding and Teen bedding. The come in boy and girl colors schemes with action figures or princesses depending on the wants and needs of your offspring.

You can save time and money whenever you are surfing the web for bedding and bedding supplies. It doesn’t matter if you need a new goose down pillow, a heated mattress pad or a cast-iron bed frame the world wide web is the place to start.

Be on your guard when you visit the mattress superstores. Most of the salespeople work on commission and they will try to sell you what makes them the most money and not what you really want or need.

Summer Camps

Does the prospect of having your child home for the ENTIRE summer send shivers down your spine? Now is the perfect time to start looking for a place to ship off the little darlings. You will be stunned by the variety and scope of some of the summer camps that are available.

In there a future Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers under your roof? Then dance camp may be for them. If you have the kind of child who beats up the kind of child who goes to dance camp, there is always brat camp.

Depending on your child, they may be a candidate for an adventure camp. These camps offer varying levels of challenge and different opportunities for the personal growth of your child. When looking for an adventure camp be realistic about your child's abilities. Don't put them in a situation that will lead to failure. A child 40 pounds overweight probably wouldn't be a good candidate for a rock climbing camp.

There are specialized camps that are geared towards the individual talents and desires of the kid. Do you have a budding thesbian? Then an acting camp may be perfect. Can't drag junior out of his room or get him offline, then a computer camp may be for him. Who knows, he could be the next Bill Gates.

All of the really great camps book up early and are not cheap. Still, we're talking your mental health here. Who can put a price on that?
